1. About Us and Our Role

Now Precision Ltd acts as an independent intermediary, facilitating transactions between customers and third-party manufacturers. We do not manufacture, design, or take title to goods.

2. Definitions

'Customer' means the party purchasing facilitation services. Manufacturer; means the third-party supplier of goods.Quotation; means a price indication provided by us based on manufacturer pricing plus our service fee.

3. Scope of Services

We source quotations, coordinate orders, and assist communication between you and the manufacturer. We do not assume responsibility for product quality or conformity.

4. Ordering Process

Any quotation we issue includes a single total price (manufacturer pricing plus our service fee). The contract for goods is formed directly between you and the manufacturer upon their acceptance of your order. We act only as an intermediary and do not bind the manufacturer.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown in our quotation include our brokerage/service fee within the total amount. Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are as stated or otherwise payable by you. Payment terms for our services are net 30 days from invoice date.

6. Delivery, Risk and Title

Risk and title in goods pass under the customer-manufacturer contract. We do not take ownership of goods.

7. Inspection and Non-Conformity

You must inspect goods promptly and notify the manufacturer of any issues. We will assist in coordination but are not liable for defects or delays. 8. Liability for Scrap or Non-Conforming Parts

Liability for scrap, defects, or non-conforming parts rests with the manufacturer. Now Precision Ltd has no liability for such matters.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers We provide services with reasonable skill and care but do not warrant goods supplied by manufacturers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for services shall not exceed the greater of £25,000 or 100% of fees paid for the engagement. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Compliance and Ethics

Both parties will comply with applicable laws including anti-bribery and export controls.

12. Data Protection

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
